Shipping & Return Policy

PROCESSING:

- Once we receive your order, please allow up to 48 business hours for processing.

SHIPPING:

- Please allow 2-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS and UPS.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email/SMS.

- We use an address validator tool to help verify addresses, however it may not pick up missing or wrong apartment numbers. Please verify your address before completing your purchase.

Returns:

- Must be made within 14 days from the day the item was received.

- All returns must undergo an inspection and are required to be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, dog hair, smoke or wear) with all product tags attached in the original packaging before a refund can be approved. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Final Sale items are NON RETURNABLE. Final Sale items include anything on Sale, Sports Bras and Undergarments.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges

Because of our fluctuating inventory, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend returning your item for a refund and purchasing a new item to exchange it.

All sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
